FAP secondaries waiver

For those who have been approved for FAP. Anyone have a list or know of schools that will waive the secondary fee?

Here are some of the schools a member from my pre-dental school found. You guys should call and confirm.

1) Western University (But the DO program...maybe dental too?)
2) Boston University
3) Case Western
4) ASDOH
5) LECOM
6) NYU

Western does waive the secondary fee after you provide them documentation by email that you received an FAP AADSAS waiver. You would have to initially pay for their $60 secondary but after the waiver request approval, you will be reimbursed.
