Sonography student here that likes to lurk, Whatre yalls favorite modality and why?

MRI. Prettiest to look at, an absolute marvel of modern biomedical engineering, and a literal quantum physics machine. CT is more frequently used and has better spatial resolution, but the MRI is just more fun.
