Ditto. Waterman Phileas, Fine Point. And yes, they have replaced the nib. For free.

Yeah, the Phileas also has a fairly hard nib, and has the added advantage of being reasonably priced.

I usually use this pen:

This fine 18k gold pen made by Caran d’Ache, titled 1010, was built to “celebrate the special genius of watchmakers.” The pen alludes to the inner workings of a fine timepiece in several ways, including non-working gears underneath the pen’s transparent surface, a clip in the shape of a watch hand, a decorative balance wheel poised between two rubies, and small tick marks etched around its barrel. This helps to remind me that time will be precious in med school, and I need to celebrate every minute of it.

Also, anybody knows that looking successful is half the key to success. Since I haven't actually begun med school yet, I'll need all the help I can get to convince patients to trust me. Thus, although this pen is a bit expensive, as it costs about as much as a mid-sized sedan, I still think it's a worthy investment 👍

So I tried out the G2 0.38 and love how it writes, ended up buying a pack of them.

But I am getting really frustrated with how easy the tip gets messed up and starts bleeding, I have been through 4 of them in the last 2 weeks, less than half of the ink used in each one.
