So I'm submitting my AMCAS and ACCOMAS today and I'm gonna pay for all cus I thought I wasn't eligible for FAP and didn't apply 
So my question is should I apply for it now to cover the Secondaries or is too late? and also once I pay for the primaries, there's no refund or anything like that right?
