Fee waiver and AACOMAS Application timing

So it seems like on May 5th AACOMAS app will open for 2013.
For AACOMAS Fee waiver, it requires AACOMAS ID...
Does this mean I can't request AACOMAS Fee waiver until I get my 2013 cycle ID on May 5th???
Or is there a way to request 2012-2013 cycle fee waiver now? Im confused...

That should be plenty of time. The processing time for fee waiver isn't long. I don't think you can submit your application until June anyway.

Based on my understanding (I'm also applying for the fee waiver), you should get your AACOMAS ID number on the day it opens, then send in your information for the fee waiver right away after that.

I called them and they said you have to wait. If I would have sent in all of the information now, I would have had to send it in again in May.
