Feedback for my personal statement!!

[LTMM]

Hello, guys. I'm currently working on my PS, and need any feedback for my PS!
Since my experiences are not as unique, I've focused more on my reflection.
Also, since English is my second language, some of the sentences may seem weird (I will appreciate if you can tell me about this)
I don't expect my PS to be super good, but I want it to flow smoothly and readers to be able to answer "why medicine?" after reading it.
If you are willing to read my PS, just let me know so that I can either PM you or create google doc.
