Charles Drew is for URM. UCD or UCR take almost no OOS students, so it would not be worth it to apply unless you attended undergrad there or grew up directly in those areas.

Can you tell me how many of these hours you spent actually on the front lines? Why didn't you list that fraction as nonclinical volunteering? What did you do?

Activities like what? I want to know what this group does and how you contributed to it.
 
You say you want to practice medicine in an underserved community; has any of your volunteer work or paid employment involved underserved communities?
