Wow. Many mixed feelings after taking Step 1 on June 30. I felt like I guessed on so much, and I was running very short on time during each block, compared to having over 20 minutes left on NBME exams. I did pathoma plus over 5000 questions from UW, RX, and KA, but right now I can at least count 5-8 questions that I have missed right now. I have no clue how many more I missed, but I don't feel confident at all. I was pretty much just going with my gut feeling most of the whole test.
It is interesting because I was confident and could predict my scores after taking each NBME during my study period. For example when I started with the first NBMEs I was scoring 234, 234, then moved up to 249, and my final NBME 16 was 260. I KNEW that I was going to get a good score on my 260 exam because I was confident with the material.
Anyone else feel this horrible after Step 1, totally not confident of their score? Also, has anyone's actual score been WAY off from their NBME practice scores.
