Do you use gloves when you're examining feet or no?

Depends on what they have growing on them.

If they look dessicated without any discharge or skin tear, I wouldn't mind using my bare hands from time to time, But, otherwise, no.

If they're not disgusting, then sure, no gloves.

It's a catch-22 cause generally the disgusting ones have the issues with pulses/neuropathy etc. and thus require a more thorough exam, which can be problematic (especially really weak pulses) with gloves on. That's why god invented the hand-held doppler.
