Has anyone participated in a program like this or is it new? If so what are the advantages and disadvantages? From what i know is about students from other learning disciplines coming together to learn in a hospital. This includes 1 medical student, 1 pharmacy student, 1 nurse, 1 social work student coming together for form a team and work say 1/2 day a week in a clinical setting and supervised by an actual MD or pharmD depending on your discipline.
Can u guys elaborate more if u know about it?

I think the school I graduated from is implementing this type of program this year for selected P1s. Not sure exactly what people learn in such a setting.
