Fellowship MSPE Application Question

In general, are programs still asking for MSPEs for people applying for fellowship or is this program dependent?

If a program doesn't list it in there requirements online, are you still sending it along?

I would send it everywhere. There were some places that didn't ask for it on their websites, but when I called to ensure my application was complete they told me it was missing. I think most places assume that you will automatically send MSPE, med school transcript, and USMLE scores.
