try the school specific thread [to get more specific hits] but it really shouldn't matter as long as you answer the question honestly and be prepared if you're asked about it in a possible interview.
Some benefits of Buffalo are the great hospitals in the area that all have their own niche, such as, Roswell Park Cancer Institute [which makes up a large percentage of the economy up here], the VA, ECMC [has ECMC been "saved" yet? maybe KimMD knows], Children's, Sister's, etc. Check them out.
