Which 2nd tier Psych residency programs on the East Coast are the most competitive to get into?

Don't include obvious first tier programs like Yale, Johns Hopkins, Mass General, Harvard, NYU, Columbia, Mt Sinai, Cornell, U Penn, U Pitt, Duke, Medical University of South Carolinia, etc.

I'd like to hear some opinions now that the psych forum is more active the past few days. Please share your top 5 (or top 10 if you wish) for 2nd tier programs on the East Coast.

I don't know if "fierce" really describes the match in psych, especially when it comes to 2nd tier programs. However, I do know that USF-Tampa got their top 6 choices last year.

Is there a difference between the most competitive 2nd tier Psych program and the lamest 1st tier program?
