Final LOR available to programs today (Gen Surg)

So I've been obsessively checking on when my final (3rd) LOR became available to the ERAS post office, and it just got uploaded today at 4pm. I submitted my app on 9/1 with everything else on file and have received only a handful of rejections thus far.

Is it considered late for my app now that my final LOR is uploaded late today (or effectively tomorrow as many programs won't see it until tomorrow)?

I'm seeing so many people getting Gen Surg interviews that it's starting to worry me.

No, I dont think so. I only have 2 LORs in, no MSPE in, and have gotten a handful of invites (average stats). Are you applying to the more competitive programs? The invites I've gotten so far were mostly community/less competitive university...seems like the bigger programs are waiting for either the MSPE or waiting for more apps/taking a while to sort through apps.
