What changes/deletions/additions should I make to my school list?

1. MN resident (no URM)
2. cGPA: 3.935, sGPA: 3.923
MCAT: 509 (128/124/128/129)
3. Neuroscience Major, Management Minor
4. Clinical experience (volunteer)
- 150 hours at university emergency department
5. Research
- 700 hours of research at university
- paper submitted for publication in late February (3rd author)
- recipient of undergraduate research scholarship
6. Shadowing in the following areas (75 hours)
- Neurosurgery
- Oncology
- Ophthalmology
- Orthopedics
- Emergency
7. Other ECs
- Mentor with Big Brother Big Sisters program (6 months)
- Fraternity Philanthropy Chair & Community Service Chair (100 hours)
- Teaching Assistant for Department of Biology laboratories (300 hours)
- Upcoming summer internship at sports medicine/orthopedic surgery clinic
- Guatemala mission work building homes for low income families and volunteering at rural schools (150 hrs)
8. Strong letter of recommendation from PI, science, and non-science professors
