Financial Aid And Payments!!!

Can anyone please give me some very good advice on where I can find very good loans to pay for my undergrad. As well as, I want to know what everyone has done to pay off their school debt and what are some ways that I can get money from the government other than FAFSA because they never give me any money. Who offers good loans with a good interest rate?
