A med school that accepted me wrote on my financial aid award page that I would be receiving a $X grant for the school year (this was a few days ago)
But I checked again today and saw that the grant award had been cut in half and instead my awarded loan money had been increased...

Can I do anything about this?

You call them and politely ask why your account doesn't reflect what had previously been communicated.
