Hey guys! I am just wondering if it's possible to calculate my GPA according to the ADSAS system without signing up for it? I am just curious how my current GPA is like according to the system.

what kinda of GPAs do they calculate? is it like what you have in your sig?Mayo123 said:As far as I know, you have to complete your application and e-submit it before AADSAS calculates your GPAs...you might want to calculate your GPA on your own.

Cumulative, Bio/Chem/Physics, and Science?
wouldnt the cumulative and science just be exactly what you already had from school? or no?
and exactly what counts as Bio/Chem/Physics? what about upper level Chemistry like Physical Chemistry.. is that counted towards BCP?
thanks.
Hey thanks alot for that, it was very helpful.. I guess I'll play around with my transcript and figure some of this stuff out sometime. 😀Mayo123 said:The GPAs they calculate at AADSAS are:
1) Biology,
2) Chemistry,
3) Physics,
4) BCP (Bio, Chem, and Physics combined)
5) Science
6) Non-science
7) Cumulative
They calculate all aspects of your GPA to see where your strengths and weaknesses are, I believe.
You're right that your cumulative should be the same as your transcript from school. If you've taken summer classes at another school, those grades are figured into your GPAs too.
I'm pretty sure that upper level science classes count towards your science GPA. I think Math classes also count towards your science GPA (I'm not sure).
I hope that answered your question 🙂

I know for a fact that some of the courses have changed their categories (Emergency Medicine for example). Just make sure you keep that in mind when you do your calculations.
