Hi! I am preparing to the NBDE II.Planning to take it by the end of October 2010. I live in Calgary NW area.If somebody wants to join , feel free to contact me. We can meet a couple time a week discuss some material and difficult questions.

i m indian.....hi sir ...i passed my bds recently...n my family sift usa after 6 month.......so plz guide me...if usa ..i heard only one time in life u can give nbde exam.....n also heard dat its very tough 2 take admtn in dds &exam also very hard in dds...n how many marks r require 2 get admtion.....so plz advise me

There is Kaplan for NBDE Review Book, which I recommend and also DentEssential which is not so good, it doesn't have enough information in my opinion but it is good for review, after you read Kaplan Review book. There is also Kaplan Usmle lecture notes that has also dvd's, if you can get them and they are pretty good. And Kaplan also has kaplan Usmle home edition organ systems(4 volumes) which is also good, maybe a little bit too much. From what I saw, Kaplan NBDE Review book and Kaplan Usmle lecture notes are very much alike but the one for Usmle doesn't have dental anatomy or histology, so if you want to buy one, than you should buy Kaplan NBDE Review book(it has around 1000 pages) and if you have dental decks and released exams and maybe First Aid NBDE you should be more than fine. I have settled for Kaplan NBDE Review Book, dental decks and released exams.

Hi!By now I've already read Mosby II,and do DDII.Planning to solve released questions in a couple of week.But for me things may be a bit different,as I've taken the Canadian eligibility exam before,which is rather similar to NBDE II.So now I am mostly revising.On information of what books to read I rely mainly on this thread: ttp://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=470083
People say that Mosby,DD and released questions are the best sources.

Hi everyone .. i had my DDS 10 years ago from middle east and ive been busy with clinical work all that years so i find it so hard now to read and prepare for part 1 ... is there any study partner to start reading with me ?? is there any suggestions ?? im 33 years old male dentist in CA , inland empire
