How do new dentists find jobs after they graduate? Would you just call practices?

There's many ways - you can look at job sites like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Etc, you can contact the local dental associations, they usually have a job board, or you can ask other dentists if they know if anyone is looking for an associate.
