I was wondering about how hard it is to find a job in the area you want after residency. Are jobs in major cities or academic hospitals harder to come by? It seems like the demand for radonc should be growing since the population is graying.

thanks

well right now the market is pretty good in both academics and private practice. But I suspect the academic market might dulla bit as we are starting to graduate such stellar applicants and many have research interests. But programs may expand. Anyway right now the market is fine. But it can change any year.
