Whenever I do question blocks for non-systems based disciples e.g. Micro, biochem I notice that I don't get any pharm questions. I understand you can get pharm questions if you say choose an organ system and then select pharm from the discipline side but how do you select to get Pharm questions about micro and biochem?

These QBanks aren't like Excel spreadsheets where you can load questions that specifically fall under 4 or more topics at once. The questions are usually only in two categories, where one is a basic science and one is an organ system.

Pharm, micro and biochem are all basic sciences, so you can't select for questions that integrate them. You could select "pharm, cardio" or "pharm, GIT" or, similarly, "micro, resp," etc., but any particular question isn't categorized as "pharm, micro." When you go through the explanations, you'll see a question's basic science and organ system category. It'll say at the bottom of the screen "biochem, resp."
