How difficult is it right now to find a job with a MSW?
I'm seeing a lot online about how it might be getting tough and don't want to pay for grad school and not have it pay off :/

Well obviously a state like CA would be preferable but I'm trying to ask more generally across the US

By state like CA do you mean geological, climatological, or cultural?

Start by not paying a lot of money for your MSW.

I think social workers have it as bad/good as everyone else right now. In my region, there seem to be a good number of positions within certain specialties, and for those who are bilingual.

Any thoughts on how MSW's do in Massachusetts?
