Hello everyone! I have a big poblem here so I'm hoping that any of you could help me.A week after I received my ATT and my CPJE packet from California Board of Pharmacy, they sent me a letter that I need to resubmit my finger scan as requested by DOJ/FBI. Does this mean that I can't take the exam yet? I'm so clueless, I already scheduled my Naplex & CPJE before I receieved this letter. I tried to call the board but as expected they always transfered me to voice recording. I also e-mailed them 5 times already and no answer yet as of this moment. It's been 1 month now since I resubmitted my finger scan and my scheduled exam will be pretty soon.

What do you think guys? Am I supposed to expect some kind of a letter from them again? I read the letter that they sent me over and over and it was not written there that they will contact me nor write me after the issue has been settled. I called Naplex and they said that my ATT is not blocked (meaning that I could take the test but they will not guarantee that CaBoP will accept the result)

Some other user mentioned that he had the same problem but that he already took the exam and got the result back. If I were you, I would go ahead and take the exam. Even if they made you take the exam over, it least you'll do better the 2nd time around.

Another option would be to call the Board and request to talk to a supervisor in the licensing dept. You are right, it just goes to voicemail, but when I had a dilemma she called me back 2 days later. You can try emailing individual people as well rather than sending messages to the generic intern exam status email addy. Let me know if you need some email addresses to try.

thank you penguin85 & NYCillini! I guess I have no choice but to take the exam, which will be next week already. Can I still have the email address of the the person you talked to before Penguin85? I will still try to email, who knows he/she might answer before I take the exam
