So say I submit my med school app at the end of junior year. Is it okay that at that time, I haven't hit like 1 or 2 of my requirements? (that I'll take my senior year)

Yup that is fine. Just indicate your future courses on your AMCAS (primary), and some schools will require you to indicate that on your secondary application as well.

A simple SDN search would have told you that all required courses are (usually) to be completed by matriculation.

Dude, my main man, that's an unfortunate response: Out of the 30 or so schools to which I applied, only one or two required they were complete at the time of app.

OP, the real answer is that it's school specific. By and large, it should be ok. However, it may affect your MCAT score if you've not yet taken those classes and end up taking the MCAT; so be wary of how it might affect your performance. Either way, good luck!
