I am having a serious problem with rushing through the practice exams and finishing with about 30-45 minutes to spare in each section. My practice scores are definitely indicative of one not spending enough time with the questions🙄 . So my question is, does anyone have any advice on how to slow down? And can we use any kind of timing device that does not make noise on the real thing? I am sorry if this issue has been discussed before..... Thanks

As someone who had this problem (sort of-I got done with 30 minutes or so left in the PS and BS sections with scores of 10 and 12 respectively) I would suggest that you slow down (just make yourself not work so fast) and pace yourself. If it comes down to having to actually say that you will only do one ?/minute then do that. It sounds like your getting a like too worked up for this (you're too anxious)-just calm down and take your time. Peace.

You could also just mark the hard questions as you go, and then use your 30 minutes to go back and re-consider them, or just re-go through the test from the start and look for careless errors.
