Finishing UWorld?

How important is it to absolutely finish UWorld before taking the exam? I'm asking because my exam is in 5 days and there's no way I'm going to finish. Currently have 666 questions left, and only doing a section a day since I'm trying to go through FA (I used DIT so this is my first actual read through of FA without using DIT).

Here's some background stats:
NBME 15 (3 weeks ago): 254
NBME 12 (2 weeks ago): 245 (thought it was much harder but was also pretty sleep deprived)
Current UWorld%: 77% (last 10 sets have ranged from 83%-91%)

I'd be extremely happy with a 250+ but I don't mind pushing it back a week if it's necessary, definitely starting to get burned out though. Would it be wiser to try and finish UWorld and forget about FA? I've been putting more emphasis on FA because I feel like UWorld has been repeating itself and testing the same concepts.

I can't say you are set for a 250+ but likely a 240+ which is a great score.

I think you should go ahead and take the exam. I know plenty of folks that did not finish UW. I would definitely read through FA since you have not done so without DIT. I found it really helpful going back over sections after DIT.

I would do a few more sets of questions and then finish up reading FA. Then, take it.
