I have having zero issues with it on my 3rd Gen iPad, so I have to imagine it will be just fine with iPad Pro - usually the compatibility issues arise with older models / older software, not newer. FWIW, I am able to pull up "study something specific" on the iPad, unlike on the iPhone, which only shows your daily flashcards.
