First Aid Cases and First Aid Q&A for Step 1

has anyone used these two books - First Aid Cases and First Aid Q&A for Step 1?
if so would you recommend it or not?
i am considering purchasing them however i have not heard of it being used by anyone which surprised me since its made by First Aid too.
any input is greatly appreciate
even for those of you who have not purchased or used it what have you heard about it?
is I just use the regular FA book is that sufficient

I thought FA Q&A was too easy. It was pretty good for basic science course work and shelf exams though.
I wasn't a fan of FA Cases, I bought the book and initially used it for "light" reading before bed. I thought it lacked a complete picture and I would get frustrated by the stuff missing - not a fun emotion before bed =P
