hey guys...Is it enough to study Rx then Kaplan Q banks in tutor mode,,,then go for Uworld twice,,,I have 3 months till my exam and I am 70% done with Usmle Rx...then planning to go over kaplan Qbank then finally Uworld twice,,,any suggestions??

if youre tight on cash, id forgo Kaplan and instead buy more NBMEs.

Do you recommend taking copious notes for Kaplan and USMLERx the way you/I do for UWorld, or do you treat the other 2 as just practice questions and take only sparse notes on them? I've been taking detailed notes on boht U World and Kaplan so far and I often wonder if I'm wasting my time doing that with Kaplan.

if you actually can go over all 3 qbanks thats splendid. Though may I ask, what are you shooting for? Normally I would say Uworld + either Rx or kaplan should suffice.

My goal is to get 240+,,,I watched kaplan videos but I didn' find them as good as the DIT program, I did both, but I am not a big fan of kaplan notes, I find it so time consuming, I believe practice makes perfection, no problem considering cash for Qbanks, if anyone has suggestions about what Qbank should I go for after Rx?

I wouldn' recommend taking notes for usmle Rx as they are already FA items mainly...only take few notes considering the new concepts you may encounter, if you already familiar with FA, then no need for notes...the Rx makes you more familiar with FA skeleton

I don't mean to hijack this thread but would just going through UWorld twice and reading FA+ Pathoma be good enough for a 230? I don't know if I have time to go through 2 qbanks at this point(exam is in a little less than 3 months).

3 months is enough time for 2 qbanks, if you're in dedicated study time.

I was wondering how you could organize doing the questions? During class work/DIT course how many should I be doing?

How long does it take you to do half a block of Uworld? I kinda struggling with this.

Depending on how strong you are in the concepts to begin with...
on average it takes 1 hr to do 1 block of 46, and 2-2.5 hrs to review it.
