My application was sent in the first batch
1. Is it possible that your application could be put on hold for the next batch if for some reason you don't fully qualify?

They can hold it as long as theyd like. I was first batch last year and didnt hear from one school until september about an interview in nov. Depends on your stats and how quickly schools go thru applications

Uh, gonna be honest--this is sort of a strange question. How could applying early be a bad thing? Why would they put you on hold unless you didn't have everything in?

I paid the 18th and all transcripts were received on the 19th. I spoke with customer service at AADSAS Thursday morning, and they said that they were reviewing the "Completes as of June 19th" - today. How many "batches" go out over the summer?

I have no idea how many "batches" go out over the summer, but I am thinking quite a bit since lots of applicants submit early in the cycle. So, if you got your GPA on ADDSAS today, that means that it took them about 10 days to process your application, right?
I submitted mine last Tue.

I never said that applying early was in anyway bad. I just wanted to know if you don't receive something back in August does that mean that you might have been pushed back until later in the cycle by a school and what would that mean.

Well, I sent my transcripts and matching forms a week before Tue. They'll received my LORs by next Mon, I hope. That's all I am missing. But good for you man! they say it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to process. What is interesting though is that I have called a few dent. schools, and they all said the same; they won't start reviewing applications until Aug or Sept. So I am assuming that interviews will start by the beginning of Sept, at the earliest. Where are you from by the way?

Nice! So you should be getting processed soon. Your LORs arrival in a timely manor doesn't really matter, your transcripts will process without them. That would be a relief if they don't actually start looking until Aug, I take my DAT July 8th, so I'll be totally complete by Aug for sure. I live in Buffalo, NY but I'm from Madison, WI. You?

There is a new batch every Friday. The final deadline varies for different schools. Batch numbers are becoming obsolete as schools switch to online viewing of applications.
