Pitt won’t match if it’s merit based since they don’t do merit based. However, they are very generous with need based. They gauretteed me 36k a year in need based so I’d def wait to see what those packages look like before committing anywhere

Also Pitt’s class is typically 149 actually. The year that they enrolled 162 was an anomaly! I’ve heard some people get great aid from them, while some people don’t. So I would definitely wait until you hear back from them!
