I think you'll probably be fine. Your GPAs are outstanding, and while 650 hours is low, it's not nothing either.

I applied to UMN and CSU and got in to UMN and the combined CSU/UAF programs with lower GPA and less hours. I think especially with UMN you stand a good chance at getting an interview but they weight their interview heavily and it was the most intense interview of the ones I had. If you interview well I'd say you would have a good chance on UMN at least, can't speak as much to the others.
