yup. Notice that the hydrogen is coming out so you'll have to flip it around.

It looks S but is really R.

No the compund looks like R but its really S. Look at this link.. I drew out what I'm talking about.

umm... I don't know if you just drew it sloppy, but the put the carbon in the middle as 3? The CH3 group on the right is supposed to be 3. So if you drew the circle around it would go from CH2OH to CH2CH3 to CH3 this would make it S. But since the H is going towards you and not away, it is the opposite. So R.
