fishing for an Internship in the US

Yo everybody,
this is Amor,Egypt,third dental year,i've done this summer a 6-week-training in germany,berlin,in oral maxillofacial and plastic surgery,

and i wanna do an internship next summer(starting from mid. June) a 4-week-internship also in maxillofacial and plastic...

the thing is that i've been wondering around all the sites of most of the Uni.s in the US...but got no where...can't even find the intership application at any of them or the regulations...i ran into something called"externship"...don't know what's the difference...

so,please,anybody tell me what' the difference between internship and externship...?..what i wanna do is to get into operations and so on...what's that called...?...

and also is there some site where i can find something like a guid or so?,i mean what's that am doing wrong over here searching for it?

the best for maxillofacial and plastic is chicago...right?

Well, you wanna be looking for externship at this stage of your training, too early for internships, specially if you are talking about a 4-week duration, I found a detailed listing from the AAOMS, and attached it to this post, hope you find something you like.

By the way, what did you mean by "the best for maxillofacial and plastic is chicago...right?" ?

yeah...it looks like i can find everything i need here
i ment that chigaco...i guess it's the best hospitl or center when it comes to "maxillofacial"..no?...i mean...what do you recommend...
i mean...when i was in germany,that hospital,it's like the best there,where all the german medical nobel prizes came from...very good rep.
so...what would you recommend ,whcih school got the best repetitation concerning maxillofacial and plastic?

am gonna do the NBDE part 1 by the end of december ...so am gonna recieve the score by the ned of january...should i start sendin gmy CV from now or should i wait till feb. and apply then?...am afraid it might be too late to apply by feburary...would it?
