I just finished the extracurricular activities section of my application. For every activity I entered, it has a category of "flag for PDF cover-sheet" and asked me whether to "include on coversheet." I don't know if I should choose to include because I don't know what cover sheet we are talking about here. Can someone explain this? Thank you very much!

Everything that gets Flagged (max 3 per category) will appear on the coversheet mini resume (right column). The coversheet will be the first page on the PDF application that adcoms will have access to.

It's your application cover sheet, what the adcoms will see first on your application. Choose the things you want most highlighted from each section.
