Floater with CVS or Riteaid

I have two offers for a floater position. One with CVS and the other is with Riteaid, both positions are in the Metro Detroit arrea. I just got licensed a month ago and having some hard time to decide which one to go for..I would definitly prefer the one with lesser stress environment ...Please advise. ..Any inputs would be greatly appreciated...

Job market here is so tight. Most of the jobs available are for internal hires.
