Floaters --- black fuzzies

So i have a opthalamists (spelling) appt. tomorrow in the morning about some floaters that i see. I doubt its retina melanoma/blastinoma (again spelling) since i think that comes on at early age. So maybe detached retina or i have also hear it may be nothing. Should i be worried, and what else could it be?
