Does anyone have a favorite flow cytometry book to read to get acquainted with both how flow works and relevant findings in different diseases? I am having a flow rotation in a few months and have no hemepath experience so far in residency. I've seem some people suggest:

Flow Cytometry in Hematopathology: A Visual Approach to Data Analysis and Interpretation
by Doyen T. Nguyen, Lawrence W. Diamond, Raul C. Braylan

Is there anything that people like better out there?

Thanks!

Sadly, there are actually no good flow books. Use the flow diagrams form Kjeldsberg and Hsi(Foundations) I also like Gorczyca.

I like the flow book by Keren, but it may be more than you were looking for.
