John Peter Smith has been know to allow residents to learn these procedure and even get enough practice while in residency. Are there any others?

I know JPS does them in their sports medicine fellowship. I think TAMU does also in their Sports Med fellowship. There's a few others that offer them thru Sports Med Fellowships. But I'm not sure about during residency.
