If I complete a a training program in Dermatology in Brazil and become a member of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology,would it be hard for me to get into a dermatology fellowship program in the USA.(I am on the way to being ecfmg certified).

I don't think anyone knows. There are some that are competitive and others that are less so.

Possible but depends on the competitivity of the fellowship as pointed out
However after the Fellowship....back to Brazil. U cant practice in USA
