Has any FMG's out there received any invites for interviews yet? I applied to 98 (might as well go for 100) programs a combination of Gen Sur/Int Med/Anes and all my replies so far are "not interested" ... I'm really beginnig to get worried now. Any suggestions? 😱

What was your board score and where did you attend school?

USMLE Step 1 and 2, both 80. I graduated from The University of The West Indies (Trinidad) then did my post graduate studies in Surgery in the UK, I have my FRCS (Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons), with excellent LOR's from USA, UK and home. I'm also a Registrar in Surgery (equivalent to Senior Resident) in a major hospital at home. I also applied to most of the FMG/IMG friendly hospitals so now you see why I'm so worried. Any suggestions?

Would appreciate a list of the hospitals you applied to.
