Is it reasonable of me to call up schools and inquire about the status of my application, or will that have negative consequences on my app ?. Status on AADSAS has been "under review" for about 2 months however I retook the DAT on August 10th and scores were processed by addsas on the 19th (much sooner than expected). I only heard back from one school, I was hoping for more pre-december interviews.

Cheers.

If you retook the DAT it's perfectly acceptable to send an email mentioning that you did, although my issue is that it's been about a month and a half since you did, so it's up to you.

I don't think it will hurt you to call or email. Keep showing that you're interested. Just don't be rude about it.

Most schools tell you not to contact them about the status of your application when they send you the application complete email. If they want to interview you, they’ll let you know!

I should have contacted them all as soon as my new scores were processed, i only called Columbia then and the lady on the phone said she'll let admission committee know that I have new DAT scores. I was preoccupied with family matter and time flew by, still that's a bs excuse as I should have known better. The idea of them throwing my app into the mediocre pile because of my old DAT scores is gnawing at my brains.

Then email them. Worst case you have no regrets at the end of it all.

I emailed the schools i applied to and they only replied that my application is complete and under review so now further action from my part is needed, And when they will have any news, they will contact me. So emailing the schools didnt make me seem arrogant i think, but it certainly did not help me gain any insight on my status. They dont tell u anything u did not already know, so i would suggest not emailing them (and trust me, i know how difficult it is to be patient at this point, but u have no choice unfortunately!)

Thank you all for your insight, I think i'll just practice patience and see what happens :meh:.
