What should I start to get ready NOW, so I will be ready to submit majority of information by June?
resume?
essays?
transcripts?

start getting those letters of rec. those take the longest. The essay is the next thing I would start.
When you talk about essay, are you speaking of the personal statement? Is there a special format that most people use when they write their PS?
For some schools you do. I believe I remember including one for CCOM.1st: I only have one prof so far in mind... i will be calling soon for a DO shadow.. 3rd reference will be from prof this semester...

Start saving money for apps and costly interview trips.
Read Gevitz to brush up on osteopathic medicine's history.
Start researching programs of interest in depth (helpful for secondaries).
Shadow a DO.
Get letters of rec together.
If you're not a fast writer, start mulling over your personal statement.
