And I'm talking about easier type gaffs that you just shake you're head and go how did I miss that, not super difficult stuff.
Disclaimer: I say for fun because a) you're not going to get it wrong especially now that you specifically mentioned it in this thread and b) you probably have already done this and been super pissed at yourself on a practice block.
For me:
1) Remember the damn tumors that have psammoma bodies, I cannot believe I chose Medullary Carcinoma of the Thyroid over Papillary Carcinoma of the thyroid today when starring a biopsy picture right in the face.
2) If I ever mix up epidural and subdural hematoma in anyway, I get furious with myself I (Neuro is my fav subject and sometimes I get these wrong inexplicably).
