My view - it's focused on general pediatrics, so I can't say much about it. Seems pretty accurate and captures a lot. Of course we can all 1)swaddle a baby and 2) generally prefer to have the true experts, the nurses, do it!

That was nothing like the expectations of a resident nor the interview, but it was similar to academic attending life… give or take.
