In O-Chem do you usually review material that you need to know from general chemistry or review material that will be prevalent to the course before actually starting o-chem material?

I'm scared of o-chem because I don't really remember much of Lewis dot, electron configuration, quantum mechanics, electron geometry or structure like tetrahedral/octahedral/etc., or how the electrons really work when you look at it in a 3d way with the shapes and energy levels, plus hybridization and the who sp2d2 and stuff like that...

Will all of that be really important for me to have a good grasp on BEFORE going into ochem?

I've heard some recommend organic chemistry as a 2nd language to look at before starting organic, does that book review the stuff you need to know to do well in organic?

your ochem class will brush up on all that before mechanisms start.
