For the peopel that submit their secondaries and stuff early (within 1-2 weeks), do you mostly receive interviews early too? Or is it possible to still get interviews later in the cycle

Patience... there's plenty of time.

Spring 2025 Applicant Experience Survey: When respondents first received an invitation to interview (regardless of when they submitted their complete application). (These months start in 2024.)

Remember to participate in the surveys to help us answer future applicants' questions.

I'm just one person, but I submitted almost all of my applications in July and all 5 of my interviews would come before October. My top-tier options came very quickly in August, roughly within 3 weeks. I got a couple state school interviews after that. Interviewed at all of them in October, and had my first acceptance by Halloween.

I would not know what school I would matriculate at until the end of April. My #1 choice put me on a high-priority ranked waitlist in February and had me waiting for what felt like an eternity.

Hang tight. You're going to have at least 3 existential crises by the end of the cycle.

Schools will want to make offers to "hot" candidates on or shortly after the earliest date that offers can be made in the hopes of attracting "the best". Many of those hot prospects will stop interviewing after they have a few offers so smart admissions officers are not going to drag their feet with those applications.

On the other hand, many schools want to see the entire pool before making all the offers they'll need to make to fill the class. That means that some schools will wait until the deadline for making as many offers as one has seats. It can be nerve-wracking but that's how it goes.

The bar graph does give credence to my adage that if you don't have an interview by Thanksgiving, the chances that you will have one later are slim but not out of the question.
