What i mean is:

lets say last cycle I had 200 hours for a extracurricular activity. Now for the new cycle, i update it to 220 hours.

Will they see that last year i had 200 hours and I only added 20 hours for this cycle?

Yes...this is the first thing they look at in a re-applicant. It answers the question: What did you do to improve your chances of getting accepted? and How are you proving to us that you want to be in dental school?

so the schools will know which new activities i added and how much my GPA increased from last cycle app ?

What if it was more than a cycle ago? I doubt they have that information.

Hey Kobe! This is only my opinion, but from what I understand all files are terminated at the end of each cycle. Therefore they see ones improvement based on dates listed on the new application. For instance the addition of a new semester or activity, with a corresponding date which follows a previous activity. Please someone correct me if Im wrong.

Schools have enough trouble keeping up with current applications, I'm sure they don't keep up with the old ones too.
