For recent test takers, how heavy did Step 1 test pharm side effects

I could handle pharm if Step 1 tested on something intuitive like MOA or use, but it tends to test on random unambiguous side effects or at least that's what I remember, for those who have taken the exam recently what did you feel the pharm tested on? And if its side effects how the hell do you memorize the side effects without going crazy, I have pharm flashcards I don't like Anki it takes too long.
